  1. A focus room is two hours: ten minutes to arrive, ten of standup, an hour of work, a ten-minute break, then half an hour more. 09:00 to 11:00.
  2. 8 to 14 people, booked into the same mornings.
  3. A facilitator is like having a team around you. At 09:00 they start it. At 09:10 they ask what you are finishing. At 11:00 they end it.
  4. Support when you need it, focus the rest of the time.
  5. A standup is fifteen minutes: eight people, one voice at a time. Then you go, and work wherever you were going to.
  6. Buy it on its own, or take it inside the two hours. Take either, or take both, in a room in Lisbon or on a call from anywhere.
