Rooms are open in Lisbon and along the Cascais line, and nowhere else yet — so from here it would be a call. That is the whole product on a call, not a lesser version of it.

The file is opened in this browser and never uploaded. The words in it — with your name, number and address taken out first — are read by a model to work out what you could hold, and are not stored by us or by it.

What it takes

Four things, and your CV is none of them.

We are not looking for an impressive facilitator. We are looking for the one who will be there at 09:00 in eleven weeks, in the same room, with the coffee already on.

A room
Somewhere a room full of people can work in silence at the same hour every week. A café that tolerates you will not hold.
ID and a phone number
We check government ID and verify your phone before you run anything. People hand money and their mornings to a stranger, so we find out who you are first.
Somebody will visit
For the first twenty facilitators, one of us stands in the room before it opens for booking. We will not do that over video.
Paid per session delivered
Weekly, after the session happens, and only for mornings that ran. Cancel one and you are not paid for it, and the room gets that part back.

Who runs these

The qualification usually isn't on a CV.

A focus room is a group of people turning up for the same hard thing on the same mornings. What makes somebody the right person to hold one is having done that thing, and most of the time that is a life rather than a job. Nobody has a certificate in it.

If you have kept doing something difficult on a schedule, you already know the part nobody can teach.
